• So beautiful… The trills make it feel like a moving target. Sort of like the squirrelly little kid who never got hit in dodgeball

• The grace notes, because doubled, have this weird stodgy feel to them

• Clarinet Piccolo and bass clarinet are really far apart, I think three octaves. This is an excellent example of McKays "extreme registers."It sounds gorgeous
